The beer tank filter screen removes solid impurities from the beer raw materials through its mesh. As the beer raw materials pass through the filter screen, solid particles are retained on the screen, while the liquid portion flows through the screen holes.

The specific filtering process is as follows:

Mix the beer ingredients (such as malt, yeast, hops, etc.) with water to form a mixture.

2. Pour the mixture into the beer tank, allowing it to pass through the filter screen plate.

3. The fine apertures on the filter screen can intercept solid particles such as dross and suspended matter, preventing them from passing through.

The liquid portion then flows out through the sieve plate holes and enters the next stage of the brewing process.
